The 6th Annual St. Jude Scramble Golf Tournament is set for Saturday, September 10th at Elkhorn Ridge Golf Club.

The format again will be a 4-person scramble. Prize money will be awarded to the top 3 teams. Plus pin prizes and fun challenges across the course.

Registration fee is $500 per team and includes a gift pack for each player, a sack lunch and an entry into a cash drawing. Field limited to 30 4-person teams, so secure your spot by filling out the form below.
