Darrell “Bubba” Wallace is a professional NASCAR driver, but stepping into the dad world as a rookie.

With a compilation of photos of Wallace, his wife Amanda, and their furry family member Asher, the couple broke the news that their family is growing.

“Spring has sprung. Summer will be rad. Fall is the first time, We’ll be mom and dad,” Amanda captions the birth announcement.

With a sonogram visible in the photos, baby Wallace is set to arrive October 2024. The couple has yet to disclose the baby’s gender.

Judging by Wallace's wide smile and fist pump, he’s looking forward to being a dad.

When were Bubba and Amanda married?

The pair has known each other since high school, although that wouldn’t start dating until years later. They officially became an item in 2016, got engaged in 2021, and got married on New Year’s Eve the following year.

According the People, the two met when he was a sophomore and she was a freshman.

"She thought I was nice, but not attractive," Wallace told People. "I just remember seeing her and I was like, 'Wow, she's beautiful.'"

Wallace would pop the question in front of a waterfall in Oregon in June of 2021

Flash forward to December of 2022, and Wallace and Carter said “I Do” in Charlotte, North Carolina in front of 250 guests.

"Getting married, and starting a new life together, I'm just so excited to have a good one in my corner," Wallace said to People. "We have so much fun together."

Who is Amanda Carter?

The mom-to-be graduated in 2016 from Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking. According to USA Network, Carter would go and work as a finical analyst at the Bank of America, leaving the company in 2022.

Who is Bubba Wallace?

Wallace is 30 year old American professional stock car racing driver from Mobile, Alabama.

Wallace drives the No. 23 Toyota Camry for Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin's racing team, 23XI Racing, in the NASCAR Cup Series.
