A Rapid City man is dead his brother is arrested for murder. James Ladeaux, 54, is accused of stabbing to death 53-year-old Fredrick Ladeaux in the alley between Main and Saint Joseph streets. When police arrived on scene about 11:10 p.m. Monday, they found a man unconscious and bleeding on the ground and another man sitting nearby. While police tried to revive the victim, Ladeaux refused to give the officer room to work, according to a police release. Ladeaux reportedly pulled out a knife and waved it at officers who then used a stun gun to subdue him. Fredrick Ladeaux died at the scene. James Ladeaux is charged with first degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement.
