A seventh person has been arrested in connection with a sex trafficking sting conducted during the recent Sturgis Rally. James Vallelunga, 62 of Twain Harte, Calif., is charged with attempted enticement of a minor using the internet. 5 South Dakotans and an Ohio man were arrested earlier. Every year, a joint local, state and federal operation is conducted during the rally in an attempt to combat sex trafficking. The investigations were conducted by the Division of Criminal Investigation, the South Dakota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and Homeland Security Investigations.
