The South Dakota Highway Patrol’s latest report shows 71 fewer citations issued through 6am Thursday morning. Troopers have made 17 fewer DUI arrests but 24 more drug arrests. The patrol has responded to 5 more non-injury accidents but 15 fewer injury accidents since early Saturday.
