Rapid City Post 22 avoided elimination at the Central Plains Region American Legion Baseball Tournament. The Hardhats bats came alive as they downed the host team from Dickinson ND 16-3. Rapid City will try to avoid elimination again today when they meet Millard West of Nebraska this afternoon at 2pm.
