General Contest Rules

For those that enjoy playing games, here are the KZZI contest rules.

To be eligible to win you must not have won anything in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past year, unless otherwise specified. All prizes must be claimed in person within 30 business days of winning, or prior to expiration date, unless otherwise specified. You must present positive legal identification and then sign a release form. Prizes not claimed within the specified time period will be forfeited. All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified. By playing the contests, you have awarded KZZI the right to publicize your name, likeness, voice and details of winning through broadcast or other means of publicity. All attributable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner. When contest players are required to call-in to win, you must use the number designated. The KZZI telephone operator has the final decision as to who is the winning caller. We assume no responsibility for any problems with telephone service, Internet, or email. Remember that anytime you call KZZI it is likely that your voice will be recorded and the phone call may be used in any manner, including broadcast. Only one winner per household per 30 days. Any prizes awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of KZZI, and its ultimate parent company, Duhamel Broadcasting Enterprises, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KZZI-FM main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. A copy of these rules and additional rules for specific contests are available during regular business hours at 2827 East Colorado Boulevard, Spearfish, South Dakota.
