A Hermosa man was sentenced to almost four years in federal prison for fraud and identity theft. Tobin Nettifee, 40, was convicted of access device fraud and aggravated identity theft. That drew a sentence, handed down Tuesday, of three years and nine months in prison. Nettifee reportedly used another person’s identity to get three credit cards used to buy $19,000 worth of items. He also stole a gift card from a mailbox to make further purchases.
