A seventh person has been arrested in connection with a sex trafficking sting conducted during the recent Sturgis Rally. James Vallelunga, 62 of Twain Harte, Calif., is charged with attempted enticement of a minor using the internet. 5 South Dakotans and an Ohio man were arrested earlier. Every year, a joint local, state and federal operation is conducted during the rally in an attempt to combat sex trafficking.
