Another case of anthrax has been confirmed in South Dakota. According to State Veterinarian Dustin Odekoven, the disease has been detected in a group of 300 yearling cattle in Butte County. The case is the first detected in Western South Dakota with 3 other cases found in herds in the eastern part of the state.
